TechCom Plus handles the full range of technical writing and training development. We write and edit all types of technical documentation, from user manuals and instruction guides to policies and procedures handbooks. We develop training materials and curricula, and present training programs for our clients and their customers.

Past projects include:

User manuals and guides for software and hardware in a variety of high-tech industries;

Curriculum development for computer-based training (CBT) and collateral materials;

Development of 15-day, 6-class sales training curriculum, including student guides, tests, training agendas, and instructor's notes;

Online documentation and help files;

Beta testing for software (in conjunction with creating a user guide);

Development of single source documentation systems;

Managing diverse projects and groups of people.
